
The Conservatory of Extraordinary Dance
Studio Policies
Tuition:
Tuition payment is expected at the first class of each month and may be paid in cash, check made out to The Conservatory of Extraordinary Dance, or credit/debit card via PayPal. Any tuition fees not paid in full by the 20th of the month will be subject to a 10% late fee. Any student with outstanding tuition payment will not be permitted to participate in the recital.
Class Etiquette:
Please plan to arrive on time for class, allowing sufficient time for students to change into dance clothes and shoes.
All dancers should dress according to the dress code, and long hair should be pulled back away from the face.
Please silence cell phones during class.
Chewing gum is prohibited for all dancers.
Attendance:
Regular attendance in class is expected of all students.
If you are missing one class, it is not necessary to notify The Conservatory, though notice is appreciated; however, if you are missing multiple classes, please notify The Conservatory.
Make-up classes are available upon request.
Inclement Weather:
In the event of inclement weather, The Conservatory of Extraordinary Dance will decide whether or not to hold classes by noon. The decision may or may not follow the decision of local school districts. Notification of the decision will be sent via email, text message, or phone call (if necessary). Notification will also be posted to The Conservatory’s website and social media accounts.
